2023: Fruits, Vegetable Traders Endorse ABG

Fruits and Vegetables Dealers of Kaduna State have endorsed candidate of New Nigeria People’s Party(NNPP) for Kaduna North House of Reps election, Hon. Shehu Bawa ABG.
This latest in a series of endearment ABG had been bagging from Constituents came on Saturday from sellers of perishable food in their Bakin Dogo Base located at Mogadishu area in Central area of the state capital while on a campaign rally of Shaba and Mai Burji Wards of Kaduna North.
President of the  association Alhaji Abubakar Kabala said the collective decision of his members to endorse ABG became necessary considering the numerous kind gestures of the House of Reps hopeful to people, including provision of solar-powered streetlights all around Bakin Dogo, known as business location of perishable food traders in Kaduna.
Kabala noted that before the lighting up of the whole business area by ABG, the place used to be unsafe and insecure after sunset, leading to his members losing their wares to thieves whom he pointed out took the cover of darkness to perpetrate their evil acts.
“The incidents of our members losing their wares to thievery have become a thing of the past since the installation of solar-power lights all around the corners of our base here at Bakin Dogo.
“The streetlights installed are very bright and qualitative that one would assume it’s daytime here even after subset.
“Several politicians have promised to lighten this place without redeeming their pledges, only ABG was different from the pack of others to have made our dream a reality.
“It is in the light of the above that our members have collectively resolved to give our votes to thai good man and compassionate leader who has done so much for his people all around kaduna North and beyond.
“It is our conviction when voted he’ll do more by ensuring what is due to the people gets to them as it should be, “he added.
ABG, while appreciating the traders for the endorsement stated that it had always been part of him to respond to the needs of people when called upon.
He pledged to prioritize all issues of interest to the traders and other market men and women when elected when elected.
