2023: ABG Appointed To Reposition Kaduna PDP, Vows To Unseat APC From Government House

As 2023 draws nearer with various strategies adopted by parties wishing to emerge successful in elections ahead, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Kaduna State has appointed former Federal lawmaker Shehu Bawa ABG as head of its repositioning committee charged to prepare the party for 2023 General election.
State chairman of the party Felix Hassan Hyet while inaugurating the committee sued for unity, commitments and loyalty to party, urging members to put party’s interest above personal gains, saying true service to PDP was the only option available to rescue Kaduna and Nigeria from clutches of selfish leaders .
ABG while delivering his acceptance speech, vowed to send APC packing from Sir Kashim House in 2023, saying the current administration in the state had brought so much hardship , penury, insecurity and disunity since it came to power in 2015.
According to him, “all right thinking individuals with dispassionate hearts know that PDP won the last election in the state but due to incumbency factor we were rigged out.
“Our solace today is that 99 percent of people who plotted and conspired against us at the last poll are now regretting their unpatriotic action against the will of the people.
“Life has become extremely hard and unbearable for the masses who are subjected to constant fear of Insecurity made worse  by kidnappers, bandits and terrorists who have made safe trip on Kaduna – Abuja Highway a mirage.
“Now is the time to rescue our state and nation from further deteriorating to an irredeemable stage so the future of our kids and unborn generations will be bright, promising and good.
“I will approach my assignment with vigor, zeal and passion to reposition our great party for the rough trip enroute 2023, ” he assured.
