COVID-19: NB Plc donates PPEs, Sanitizers, Face Mask to KDSG

…donates 20m, vehicle, drinks initially 
The Nigerian Breweries Plc has continued its assault on COVID-19 in Kaduna State through donations to the State Government as it donates assorted Personal Protective Equipments, over two thousand units of Sanitizers and  1500 face masks.
Receiving the items on behalf of Kaduna State Government the Permanent Secretary, General Services, Alhaji Muhammed Bashiru Umar, commended Nigerian Breweries for always standing out in terms of its Corporate Social Responsibility and other interventions.
 The items donated include30sets of Medical Gowns 1500 Face Masks,16 – 100ML Sanitizers, 13-500ML Sanitizers, 15 -4L and 12-25L sanitizers. Speaking at the Presentation of items, the Brewery Manager Kaduna, Mr Abbey Ajayi, who was represented by the Kakuri Engineering Manager, Mr. James Bege, said the company will continue to extend its hands of fellowship to Kaduna Citizens until the war against COVID-19 is won.
Also speaking, the Corporate Affairs Manager, North, Mr. Danjuma John-Ekele said “Governor Nasir Ahmed El-rufai is already doing so much for Kaduna, it is paramount for well meaning people and corporate bodies to continuously identify with the Government by way of donating sensitive items to ease the burden of Governance at this period of the Corona Virus Pandemic”For us at Nigerian Breweries Plc,  we will continue to demonstrate that support in the fight against COVID-19.”He added.
In the month of April 2020, Kaduna State Government had applauded Nigerian Breweries Plc for supporting the fight against COVID-19 via its donations of 20million Naira, a service vehicle with driver attached and assorted  drinks.
