2027: Uba Sani’s Performance Will Speak at the Polls, Our Structure Is Unmatched — Sadiq Mamman Lagos

The Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Kaduna State, Hon. Sadiq Mamman Lagos, has declared that the political structure backing Governor Uba Sani is fully mobilised and strategically positioned to deliver overwhelming victory for the governor and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the next general elections.

Mamman Lagos, who also serves as Director-General of the Senator Uba Sani Support Group, said the governor’s performance in office has earned him widespread acceptance across the 23 local government areas of the state, insisting that the electorate would reward competence and inclusive leadership at the polls.

He described Governor Uba Sani as a “marketable brand” whose people-centred policies in infrastructure, rural development, education, healthcare and security have transformed critical sectors of the state.

According to him, the administration’s commitment to grassroots governance and financial inclusion has strengthened trust between government and citizens.
“Governor Uba Sani has done well in areas that truly matter to the people.

From rural road projects to interventions in agriculture and support for small businesses, the impact is visible. The people of Kaduna State understand what he has done and are ready to renew his mandate,” Mamman Lagos said.

He also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as bold economic reforms and strategic national leadership, arguing that Kaduna State remains firmly aligned with the Renewed Hope agenda of the Federal Government.

Responding to speculations that his support group lacks the capacity to mobilise voters effectively, Lagos dismissed the claims as baseless, maintaining that the structure under his leadership remains one of the strongest political networks in the state.

“Which support group in Kaduna can match ours?” he queried. “We are rooted in all the 23 local government areas. Our members include dedicated women, vibrant youths and committed stakeholders who are loyal to our cause. We are not seasonal politicians; we are on ground and actively engaging communities.”

The Commissioner explained that the group has continued to expand its grassroots engagement through community outreach programmes, stakeholder consultations and door-to-door mobilisation efforts aimed at deepening voter awareness ahead of the elections.

He stressed that the strength of the support group lies not only in numbers but in its organisation, discipline and commitment to sustaining the developmental strides recorded under the present administration.

Mamman Lagos further expressed confidence that the combination of performance, strategic mobilisation and unity among party faithful would secure a decisive victory for Governor Uba Sani in Kaduna State and deliver substantial votes for President Tinubu.

“As we approach the next general elections, we are confident that Kaduna people will stand by tested and trusted leadership. The results on ground speak louder than propaganda,” he added.

He urged party members and supporters to remain focused, united and committed to consolidating what he described as the gains already recorded under the current administration.
