As preparations for Local Government and Development Areas Election across Osun State enter top gear , an aspirant on the platform of the ruling APC for Odo-Otin South Local Government Development Area , ( LCDA) Hon. Abdulmajeed Oladimeji Oyeniyi has lauded several masses oriented developmental projects being carried out by Governor Oyetola which he said would go a long way in taking the state higher .
He enumerated education , healthcare , rural and infrastructural Development among others as some key areas he said the Governor had scored excellent marks .
The Aspirant attributed the recorded success in virtually every segment in the state to exemplary leadership qualities of the governor whose fairness he said could be seen in the way he distributed projects equitably across three Senatorial Zones in the state.
He urged political actors particularly , the opposition parties in the state to support the governor with constructive and objective counsels so he could deliver Osun State of their dream .
” The present administration in the state under the amiable Governor Adegboyega Oyetola has won the hearts of the people who have seen true developments in virtually every strata of their lives .
“Patients can access quality medical services made easy through the Governor’s initiative on health service delivery , learning and instructional facilities for basic and higher education have been provided and upgraded to meet modern challenges in education.
” The Governor in his usual compassionate manner has ensured a business friendly environment where small and medium scale businesses thrive for the benefit of Osun people. In addition , Governors Oyetola has consolidated the efforts of his predecessor of making Osun an investor-friendly State which has been yielding positive results for all to see.
” Governor Oyetola, has been a unifying factor who doesn’t segregate but treats his subjects equally in relation to distribution of resources and political appointments. This is evident in appointments of various heads of Government’s agencies and departments . ” Hon Oladimeji said.
He pledged to deliver services to people of his Local Government if elected by way of giving priorities to projects that have direct impacts on the masses.
