*tasks APC NWC to act in preventing further damage
A group which prides itself as Amaechi Vanguard has chided All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders in Rivers State, describing them as cowards, who run away when there ius stormy weather.
This was expressed in a statement signed by Chairman Amaechi Vanguard, Haruna Bature, made available to newsmen on Tuesday December 24, 2019.
“Where were those so-called self acclaimed APC leaders in Rivers State like Magnus Abe and his sponsors when Amaechi was up and down upon the intimidation and threat to his life by the then PDP-led federal government, he stayed firm on his feet for President Muhammadu Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC),” it stated.
The group said that the rising and of such acclaimed APC leaders in politics, only came came through Amaechi.
“He made them who they are but Abe and the minions with their pay master Governor Nyesom Wike sponsoring privately and publicly abuses, insults cast aspersion etc on him(Amaechi,” it added.
The Amaechi Vanguard therefore, called on the APC chairman, and the national working committee to act fast to prevent any damage by the agents of PDP.
