Kaduna Tribunal Dismisses Lawal Adamu Petition For Lack Of Evidence

The National and State Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Kaduna has dismissed the petition of Lawal Adamu popularly known as Mr (LA) of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the victory of the elected All Progressive Congress (APC) Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Senator, Uba Sani for lack of evidences.

In a two hour judgment read by the Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice A. H. Suleiman described the sitting as successful based on evidences presented to the Tribunal by both parties
